Once dispatched, standard delivery to the UK typically takes between 5 to 8 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
